Page Usage Analytics

Usage Analytics shows how a page is being used: how often it is viewed, by how many people, and by whom.

Opening Usage Analytics

In the Pages view, hover a page card and click the Analytics icon. The Usage Analytics side panel opens for that page.

What the Panel Shows

• Total views: how many times the page was opened in the selected period.
• Unique viewers: how many different people opened it.
• Daily activity: a chart of views and unique viewers over time, with a date range selector (for example Last 30 days).
• Top viewers: the people who open the page most often.

Notes

• Analytics counts views of the published page. A page that has never been published shows no viewers yet.
• Use Usage Analytics to find your most valuable dashboards and to spot pages nobody uses before cleaning up.
