Working with Workspaces
Workspaces are the top-level organizational units. Each is a container for pages, page groups, and web apps, and is connected to a single Power Platform environment. Workspaces are typically named by region, team, or business function.
Viewing Workspaces
Click Workspaces in the sidebar. Each workspace appears as a card with:
- Workspace name (bold) and one-line description
- Environment tag chip at the bottom-left (e.g., "EA Test 1")
- Inline action icons at the bottom-right — Share, owner avatar, Copy, Delete
- Pin / star icon at the top-right to mark as favorite
- Edit (pencil) icon at the top-right that opens the Edit Workspace panel
