Plan, Activity History, Feedback & About

The profile menu (top-right avatar) is the launchpad for everything that lives outside of building pages: billing, the audit log, feedback to the EasePage team, and product info.

Plan Details

The top of the profile menu shows your current plan:

  • Active Plan (e.g., Starter)
  • Tenant (e.g., Uplide Technology)
  • Environments (e.g., Unlimited)
  • Pages used / quota (e.g., 164 / 500)
  • Users used / seat quota (e.g., 9 / 24)
  • Manage Subscription — coral button to upgrade or change billing

The profile menu open over the Activity History page, showing Plan Details and the menu.

Activity History

EasePage logs every meaningful action — sign-ins, user invitations, workspace assignments, subscription changes — to the Activity History view. Open it from the profile menu.

The activity table includes:

  • Name — the user who performed the action
  • Email Address
  • Action — workspace assigned, user invited, login success, subscription override, etc.
  • Resource — Workspace, User, Authentication, Subscription, …
  • Date
  • IP Address

Filter chips at the top — All, Authentication, User, Workspace — narrow the log to one category.

The Activity History table with the profile menu still open over the top-right.

Click Send Feedback in the profile menu. The Feedback & Support side panel opens with:

  • Full name and email
  • Organization name (optional)
  • Category and Priority
  • Short subject and long description
  • Drag-and-drop attachment area for screenshots
