Page Groups & Web Apps
Page Groups bundle several pages into one navigable multi-page app. Web Apps go a step further — they wrap pages and page groups into a self-contained, themed app you can download as a single HTML file. Note: "Web Apps" replaces the v1 label "Standalone Web Apps".
Part 1 — Page Groups
Viewing Page Groups
Click Page Groups in the sidebar. Each group is a card with name, last-updated time, a Draft / Live status chip (with version), and the same hover action icons as page cards. Empty workspaces show "No Page Groups Found" with a New Page Group + call to action.
Creating a Page Group
Click + New Page Group. The Create Page Group side panel opens with General and Content tabs.
General tab:
- Name (required)
- Description (optional)
- Status — Draft or Published

Editing — General
Click a page group card to reopen it as Edit Page Group. The panel now has four tabs — General, Content, Publish, History — and an Update / Cancel / Delete footer.

Content (Navigation)
The Content tab lets you compose the group's navigation menu. Drag to reorder pages and page groups; the first item becomes the homepage. Each item exposes a visibility toggle and a delete button.
Publish
The Publish tab gives you two options:
- Manual Export — Download HTML downloads the whole multi-page app as a single HTML file.
- Publish to Power Apps — pick a Target Solution and either Publish Web Resource or Publish as App.
History
Shows changes to the page group itself (renames, status changes, publishes). Exposes a Restore to Previous Version dropdown when applicable.

Deleting a Page Group
Use the red Delete button in the Edit Page Group footer, or the trash icon on a page group card. Confirm "Are you sure you want to delete the app …?" before the deletion is final.
Part 2 — Web Apps
Viewing and Creating
Click Web Apps in the sidebar. Each app appears as a card with a name, last-updated time, a Draft / Live badge, and inline action icons. Click + New Web App to open the Create Web App side panel with General and Content tabs.
The Content Tab
The Content tab is the heart of a Web App:
- Navigation — the ordered list of items in the app's menu. Drag to reorder. The first item is the homepage. Each row has visibility, edit, and delete icons.
- Pages picker — a chip list of all pages in the workspace; click + to add one to the navigation.
- Page Groups picker — a chip list of all page groups available for inclusion.

Edit Web App Tabs
The Edit Web App panel has additional tabs — General, Theme, Navigation, Download, History — that work like their page-group counterparts. The Theme tab adds Primary / Secondary / Background color pickers, and the Download tab exposes the single-file HTML export.
