How to switch between Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environments in EasePage.

Environment Selector

EasePage connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environments. The header shows an Environment indicator with the number of available environments and the names of the current selection. Click it to open the Select environment side panel.

What's Inside the Panel

A short description: "Spaces to create, manage, store and work with data and apps."
A Search field that filters environments by name as you type.
A checkbox list of every environment your account has access to, with Select all and Clear all controls above the list.

Selecting Environments

You can keep several environments selected at the same time. The Workspaces view lists the workspaces of every selected environment, and the header indicator summarizes the selection. Clear a checkbox to hide that environment and its workspaces from the list views.

Each workspace stays bound to a single environment. Opening a workspace switches the header context to that environment automatically.

Tip: If a workspace you expect to see is missing from the Workspaces view, open the environment selector and confirm that the workspace's environment is checked.
