Pages — View & Manage
How to view, create, copy, delete, sort, and search pages within a workspace.

Pages — View & Manage

Pages are individual dashboard designs inside a workspace. Each page is a canvas where you place widgets (charts, stat cards, grids, content blocks) and connect them to your environment's data.

Viewing Pages

Click Pages in the sidebar. Each page card shows:

  • Page name and "Updated …" timestamp
  • Live / Draft status badge with a version chip (e.g., "Live v1.2")
  • Table tag chips — the Dynamics 365 tables the page reads from
  • Star icon to favorite the page
  • Inline actions — Run (preview), Open in new tab, Copy, Delete
  • Edit (pencil) icon at the top-right

The toolbar shows a counter such as "Pages — 137 of 500 available" indicating how many pages you've used against your plan quota.

While on Pages, click the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar and pick a different workspace. The Pages list re-renders immediately.

Page Card Actions

Hover a page card to reveal:

  • Run / Preview — open the page in a new tab as end users will see it
  • Copy — duplicate the page
  • Delete

Creating a Page

Click + New Page. EasePage opens a blank Page Designer canvas where you can name the page and start placing widgets.

Copying a Page

Click the Copy icon on a page card. Confirm "Yes, Copy" in the modal.

Deleting a Page

Click the Delete icon on a page card. Confirm "Yes, Delete". This action cannot be undone.

Page Lists, Sorting, and Search

Use the View dropdown to switch between card and list views. Use Sort to order by title or date, and the Search field to filter by name. These behave identically to the Workspaces toolbar.
