Users & Permissions
The unified Users & Permissions screen — user list, roles (Super Admin, Company Admin, Designer, Viewer), inviting users, and per-workspace assignments.

Users & Permissions

Users & Permissions is the single home for user, role, and workspace assignment management. It replaces the old separate User Settings and Workspace Settings pages.

The Users & Permissions List

Click Users & Permissions in the sidebar. The main area shows the full user table with these columns:

  • Name — avatar + display name
  • Email Address
  • Role — Super Admin, Company Admin, Designer, or Viewer
  • Status — Active / Inactive

Above the table, filter chips let you narrow by role: All, Super Admin, Company Admin, Designer, Viewer. The toolbar shows the seat count (e.g., "16 of 24 seats available") and a + Invite New User action.

Inviting a User

Click + Invite New User. The Invite New User side panel opens with:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Assigned Workspaces — empty by default
  • Unassigned Workspaces — chip grid of every workspace; click + on a workspace to assign it (with a role)

Click Invite User to send the invitation.

Managing a Member

Click anywhere on a user row (or the kebab menu) to open the Manage Member panel. It shows the user's name, email, Assigned Workspaces (each with a role dropdown — Viewer or Designer — and an X to remove), and Unassigned Workspaces (chip grid with + to add). At the bottom: Update, Cancel, and a Deactivate User action.
